Returns
You have 2 hours to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, vegetables/fruits must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will for the vegetables only if the item sold is rotten/spoiled or contaminated. Also you must initiate the refund process within 2 hours of delivery.
The refunds will be provided in the form of DM Points (1 DM point = 1 Indian Rupee) which you can use to make future purchase at site.
